Customer-Initiated Order Cancellations/Changes
Please review your order carefully before submitting payment, including product selections, quantities, shipping information, and promotional codes.
Credit card processing fees are charged to Pure & Clean Vision LLC when an order is processed. Our merchant services provider does not refund these fees when a transaction is subsequently refunded.
For customer-requested cancellations resulting from ordering errors, forgotten promotional codes, duplicate orders, or other changes requested by the customer, a cancellation fee equal to the original, nonrefundable credit card processing expenses may be assessed.
Where permitted by applicable law, payment card network rules, and our merchant processing agreement, this fee will be deducted from the customer's refund.
Customers are encouraged to contact Pure & Clean Vision before placing a replacement order, as we may be able to modify an existing order without canceling the transaction.
Cancellation fees will not apply to errors made by Pure & Clean Vision or circumstances in which a full refund is required by law or applicable payment card rules.
PRODUCT RETURN POLICY
The Supplier's Return Policy for damaged or expired products is within 5 business days from the date of delivery to your address. For further information, contact info@pncvision.com.
We offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee from the date of purchase for Pure&Clean Vision HOCl Liquid Products from Pure & Clean Vision, LLC. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you wish to return. You must return any unopened product along with your original receipt. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We will replace the product with the same or an equal valued product (shipping and handling fees apply to replacement orders regardless of Member Incentive Program status or otherwise), issue a store credit, or refund your money. Website orders paid with a credit card will receive a store credit, or the return amount will be refunded to your credit card. All credit or debit card refunds are subject to adjustment for any non-refundable card processing fees charged to Pure & Clean Vision, LLC, where allowed by law. Direct orders paid by check or funds transfer will be refunded by check within four weeks of receiving the returned product, subject to any fees charged to Pure & Clean Vision LLC for processing, mailing or otherwise, where allowed by law. Any refund will be limited to the invoiced amount for the product returned to us, excluding shipping and handling.

Brightwell Manual and Automatic Hand Liquid Dispensers
Installation Notes and Cautions:
Use the adhesive only for mounting to glass or mirror surfaces; all other installations should use hardware. DO NOT INSTALL NEAR OR OVER LIQUID SENSITIVE FINISHES. HOCl is an oxidizer and may discolor porous materials like fabric or carpet. Units may remain in an open position, or batteries may cause the unit to malfunction.
Maintenance Notes:
We recommend descaling the dispensers at least every 6 months or as needed. Use warm water and a soft brush to descale the pump parts.

Limited Warranty:
These units are sold AS IS, no warranty. The purchaser agrees to follow the troubleshooting guide. After troubleshooting, Pure & Clean Vision may provide a like replacement unit while supplies last. The purchaser must pay shipping and handling for any replacement units.
Sprayers and Equipment
The respective manufacturer's warranty applies to equipment bearing their name. Each manufacturer will determine warranty applicability and/or eligibility and will directly handle any claims with the purchaser. Pure & Clean Vision LLC does not offer any warranty nor handle the registration or claims process for any sprayers or equipment offered.
