Pure&Clean Vision HOCl Liquid Products
The Supplier's Return Policy for damaged or expired products is within 5 business days from the date of delivery to your address. For further information, contact info@pncvision.com.
We offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee from the date of purchase for Pure&Clean Vision HOCl Liquid Products from Pure & Clean Vision, LLC. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you wish to return. You must return any unopened product along with your original receipt. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We will replace the product with the same or an equal valued product (shipping and handling fees apply), issue a store credit, or refund your money. Website orders paid with a credit card will receive a store credit, or the return amount will be refunded to your credit card. Direct orders paid by check or funds transfer will be refunded by check within four weeks of receiving the returned product. Any refund will be limited to the invoiced amount for the product returned to us, excluding shipping and handling.

Brightwell Manual and Automatic Hand Liquid Dispensers
Installation Notes and Cautions:
Use the adhesive only for mounting to glass or mirror surfaces; all other installations should use hardware. DO NOT INSTALL NEAR OR OVER LIQUID SENSITIVE FINISHES. HOCl is an oxidizer and may discolor porous materials like fabric or carpet. Units may remain in an open position, or batteries may cause the unit to malfunction.
Maintenance Notes:
We recommend descaling the dispensers at least every 6 months or as needed. Use warm water and a soft brush to descale the pump parts.

Limited Warranty:
Pure & Clean Vision, LLC warrants the manual and automatic Brightwell, Inc., dispensers for 12 months from the date of original purchase. This limited warranty covers the replacement of no more than one unit per purchase. The purchaser agrees to follow the troubleshooting guide. After troubleshooting, Pure & Clean Vision will provide a like replacement unit while supplies last. The purchaser must pay shipping and handling for any replacement units. Under the Limited Warranty, Pure & Clean Vision will credit the purchase value of a manual unit towards the purchase of an automatic unit, should the purchaser choose that option. Replacement units will not receive a new Limited Warranty.
Sprayers and Equipment
The respective manufacturer's warranty applies to equipment bearing their name. Each manufacturer will determine warranty applicability and/or eligibility and will directly handle any claims with the purchaser. Pure & Clean Vision LLC does not offer any warranty nor handle the registration or claims process for any sprayers or equipment offered.
