This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information we receive from users of the Site.
We use your Personal Information only for providing and improving the Site. By using the Site, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
We are committed to maintaining our customers' privacy. We take great care to safeguard the personal information that we collect to ensure that our customers' privacy is maintained. We have provided this notice to you to describe information collection and use practices. This notice describes the choices you can make about the way your information is collected and used.
Your personally identifiable information is information that can be used to identify or contact you. Your name, home address, telephone number, and email address are examples of personally identifiable information. Personal information does not include
What information do we collect about you?
When we collect information, we do so to ensure that you get to experience our service seamlessly. For that, we collect the following information. Some are your personal information and some are your sensitive personal information.
The personal information that we collect about you are the following:
- Name
- Address
- Email address
How do we collect such information?
We may use any of the following three ways to get information about you.
- The information that you give us
- The information that we automatically collect from you
- Information that we collect from third parties
Before going into the reasons why we collect the information that we do, we want you to understand what the above three terms mean.
a. The information that you give us
When you sign up for an account to use our service/product we will ask you certain questions like your name or email address. These are the information that you give us. This may not be limited to what we have mentioned and can change according to the nature of the service/product that we provide.
b. The information that we automatically collect from you
When you access our service from a device, we may automatically collect information from your device, such as through the use of cookies. You will know more about automatic collection of personal information in the next section.
c. Information that we collect from third parties
These third parties can be data aggregators, online directories, data marketplaces or exchanges, etc from where we may collect information about you.
Cookies and similar technologies
Cookies are small packets of information that are placed on your device, so that we can retrieve the information about you, such as your login information, your choices on our websites and other information.

Do not track requests and Global Privacy Control
Some web browsers may transmit "do-not-track" signals to the websites with which the browser communicates. Because there is not yet a common understanding of how to interpret these signals, we currently do not respond to "do not track" signals in a manner different from as otherwise described in this Privacy Policy.
We do, however, recognize and honor the Global Privacy Control ("GPC"). GPC is a browser-based or browser-extension-based signal that communicates a user's preference to opt out of the sale or sharing of their personal information, and out of targeted advertising, under applicable state privacy laws. Where required by law, if we detect a valid GPC signal from your browser, we will treat it as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and targeted advertising for that browser and device. Because a GPC signal is tied to a specific browser and device, you may need to enable it separately on each browser or device you use, and it will not carry over if you clear your cookies or switch browsers.
You can also manage your cookie and tracking preferences at any time using our .
Why do we collect information about you?
We collect information about you for a variety of reasons. It helps us, among other things, to serve you better. The following are the ways in which we use the information that we collect about you.
- To provide and maintain service
- To send marketing and promotional communications
- To manage your account
- To contact the user
- To evaluate and improve our products/services
How long do we retain your information?
We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting, or other legal requirements). No purpose in this notice requires us to retain your personal information for longer than the period during which users have an account with us.
When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymise such information, or, if this is not possible (for example, because your personal information has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.
Sale/sharing of information
We do not sell or share the information we collect from our users.
Your privacy rights and how to exercise them
Depending on where you live, you may have rights under applicable privacy law (such as the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act) to know what personal information we hold about you, to request deletion of your personal information, to correct inaccurate personal information, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information or its use for targeted advertising. You may exercise these rights by contacting us using the details in the "Contact us" section below, or by using our cookie and tracking preferences tool for opt-out choices.
Authorized agent
You may designate an authorized agent to submit a privacy rights request on your behalf. To do so, we require that the authorized agent:
- Provide us with written and signed permission from you authorizing the agent to act on your behalf; and
- Allow us to verify the agent's identity, and directly verify your own identity with us, or confirm directly with you that you provided the agent permission to submit the request.
We may deny a request submitted by an authorized agent who cannot provide sufficient proof that they have been authorized by you to act on your behalf, or where we are unable to verify the agent's identity.
Limit the Use of My Sensitive Personal Information
Certain categories of personal information are considered "sensitive personal information" ("SPI") under the CCPA/CPRA, including (among others) a Social Security number, driver's license or state ID number, account log-in or financial account/debit/credit card number in combination with a required password or access code, precise geolocation, and information concerning health, racial or ethnic origin, religious beliefs, or sexual orientation.
The only SPI we collect is limited payment-card information, and we collect and use it solely to process your order and prevent fraud — purposes that are necessary to provide the goods and services you request and are expressly permitted under Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.121 and its implementing regulations. We do not use or disclose SPI to derive characteristics about you, for marketing, for profiling, or for any purpose beyond what is necessary to fulfill your order.
Because we do not use or disclose SPI for any purpose outside those permitted uses, the CCPA does not currently require us to offer a separate "Limit the Use of My Sensitive Personal Information" opt-out link. If our practices change such that we use SPI beyond these permitted purposes, we will update this policy and provide a working opt-out mechanism here. In the meantime, you may still contact us at any time using the details in the "Contact us" section below to ask questions about, or request confirmation of, how your SPI is used.
Privacy of children
We do not knowingly provide our services to children. If you are a parent or legal guardian and believe that your child has provided us with information without your consent, please contact us. Upon verification that we have collected such information without parental consent, we will remove the information from our database.
Security of your personal information
We take reasonable measures to ensure that the information we collect from you is stored securely and protected to the best extent possible. However, no method of internet transmission or digital storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. While we use commercially reasonable and appropriate security measures to protect your information, we cannot promise that it will be 100% secure.

On our website, we may provide links to external websites, apps, or services. These are not operated by us and therefore are not governed by our Privacy Policy or practices. We strongly recommend that you review the privacy policies of such websites or services before engaging with them to ensure that you do not provide personal information that you do not wish to share.
Changes to this privacy policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the law or our privacy practices. We recommend that you review this privacy policy periodically to ensure it remains in line with your expectations.
The privacy policy will be effective from the date it is posted on this page.
